I

When we as Terran Human Beings imagine “other forms of Intelligence,” the majority of us immediately imagine extraterrestrials and their means of navigating the physical Universe. This is due, in a small part, because most are so preoccupied with the physical Body that they can scarcely look beyond it. In a very big way, however, many people imagine extraterrestrials because of the genetic and spiritual connections that we as a Race embody; all the way back to our genesis.

Disbelievers in extraterrestrials are dwindling now in the second decade of the 21st Century. I am aware that there are still a few, but I do not believe that anyone who has found these words are ill-prepared for what I represent and will relate. There are those who sensationalize extraterrestrial contact [especially in popular media] to be either saviors or conquerors of humanity, instead of extended family. I do not refer to other Races as “aliens,” except in highly contextual situations, such as when directly quoting another — with the exception of the term’s use as a hashtag. This is directly due to the fact that Spirit ultimately drives the Physical, regardless of genetics. The literal meaning of the word “alien,” which in this context is given to mean foreign to the Earth, reveals especially to the highly religious, that Terran Human Beings are “alien” to Earth. And this is the same reason why science will never discover a natural “missing link,” and why it is obsessively compelled towards other stars.

My own involvement in this topic is so extensive that I intend to devote a significant section of [if not an entire] book to it in the future. An adequate situation report as to our present relations with extraterrestrial Intelligence would be exceedingly difficult to make in brief to the satisfaction of everybody’s rationale. Though I have had contact, it is not my intent to present myself as a “career contactee,” any more than I would a “career psychic.” Since my earliest interactions with non-Earth Intelligence, I have been cautioned against delving too intensively into “intergalactic politics,” and to instead use all concerned as an illustration of Spiritual Oneness. Nowhere is this more immediately applicable than in how Spirit has evolved in relation to the Creation of the Terran Human Race and all concerned; from the Race itself, its makers, those who are involved in its “management,” those who seek its upliftment, the Race’s potential, and its destiny. In this light, there is a lot to consider in the Fourth Video.

At a certain level of evolution, the Aspect of Being which we refer to as The Soul begins to take respites from physical incarnation. As anybody reading this knows, physical incarnation is the most difficult thing that Spirit does. In order for the Whole to know and experience who and what it really is, a portion of the Whole devotes Itself to becoming less than whole. Life in this Universe is one extension of this. In this sense, a physical birth is like a death, and death like a birth. The Soul passes through many different societies and Races in order to provide the Creator with a vantage point and experience as unique as It is. As the Soul matures in its experiences, consistently demonstrating Oneness in its physical incarnations, consciously mirroring the Will of the Creator in all its endeavors, and having nurtured others in their path, the Soul’s vibrational signature changes to the extent that physical Incarnation is not explicitly necessary for further evolutionary development. There are limits to what Spirit can achieve in the physical.

To create an analogy, many people play video games. The games people play reflect the type of person they are. At first the controls are a little awkward, and the character is not responding as quickly as the gamer can think. There is a period of time where the gamer is just familiarizing them self with the game’s parameters. Perhaps the game is a nice one and includes a fun little “training mission” expressly for this purpose. Later on, the gamer is experienced enough to begin the various missions and objectives programmed into the game. This phase may take a while, and even by subtly altering the game’s parameters, these missions and objectives can become more or less “difficult.” With enough experience, however, even the seasoned gamer can defeat the game on its most difficult setting in a fashion that is incredibly impressive to others, but extremely boring for the gamer. The gamer is ready for a new game.

Under the tutelage of even more evolved aspects of Spirit, the Soul gains access to realms of Creation involving the manipulation of the physical Universe. Simple things, such as changing one element into another, await those new to this activity. But more elaborate designs, such as tuning into the Will of God, together with the will of the individuated incarnate being, to say, change one kind of fish into another by introducing a subtle change in its physiology, or — to go one step further — introducing a fish to a fish-less world — are all within the realms of possibility at this level of evolution. The gamer is learning to write code.

If we view Darwinian evolution as an extension of “natural selection,” and ask ourselves, “What is the nature of Nature?” then we begin to see that the Will of God [whomever you understand Him to be] is to Create, and one method of doing this is by extension. What drives the variations in Nature? Creative Will. Physical life demonstrates in the flesh the rule that the only constant is Change.

II

The great experiment of Life, as well as its ultimate aim, is to mirror and make manifest the Creator in all things. The first part of this entails etching out a space or a niche for Consciousness to occupy — universes of planets do nicely. The second part involves creating a Sentient Being capable of stewarding Spirit, and allowing the Being to contemplate, explore, and re-create a realization of Oneness with All That Is. The third part of this is conscious application of the creative process.

The levels of sophistication to which any Sentient Race may rise within this experiment can approach the seemingly miraculous in terms of the Race’s abilities to manipulate the Physical Universe, when viewed from our present level of development. Other Sentient Race’s abilities can, in many arenas, overlap those of the Evolved Soul discussed above. When we begin to understand that Sentient Beings were introduced to the Physical Universe as soon as suitable environments for them were created, we see that Terran Human Beings are a very new phenomenon in the Physical Universe.

This planet, Earth; Sol III, was originally one such world wherein Spirit could play at “coding the game.” We see in the fossil record that the very first simple forms of life lived at a time when Terran Science asserts the planet was largely molten and cooling down. Life went through several explosions and extinctions, and eventually was discovered by space-faring Civilizations. As a jewel of a world on the outskirts of one of the larger galaxies, teeming with natural minerals, an oxygen-based environment, and an over-abundance of water, the Planet was a playground for any culture who happened upon it. From laboratory to outpost to territory to colony, Earth has passed through the hands of a minimum of 20 cultures whose presence is marked most prominently by genetic changes to the physical biomass which inhabit this World; especially our own.

With the creation of the present version of Terran Human Race, and the subsequent decision that the Race be granted a measure of autonomy, the question of the Race’s fate has always been at issue. Various models of governance have been introduced and implemented, but due to service-to-self interests prevailing on the minds of a small, elite percentage of the population to assert dominance over remainder, the largest part of the Terran Human Race is to this day used in a manner consistent with its earlier use by the service-to-self extraterrestrial groups. And, like children, we have copied the behaviors of the Beings we have most recently encountered — especially their prejudices.

Every human culture, from the basely primitive to the most technologically advanced, recalls in their mythology the days when an element of the Sky lent itself to an element of Earth. The result was Humanity. This archaic recollection was put forth in no less a source than in the Book of Genesis, Chapter 6 of the Holy Bible. Itself a Hebrew compilation of exponentially more ancient Near East texts, Genesis Chapter 6 describes a time when non-human beings mated with the incredibly beautiful and sensual women of Earth, spawning hybrid beings known in Hebrew as the nephilim (נְפִילִים, the Fallen). This gene pool in the years thereafter gave rise to the world’s aristocracies and men of renown. The extraterrestrials are also responsible, according to the Pseudepigraphical Book of Enoch, for teaching Terran Human Beings civilization, language, prejudice, the sciences, and especially weapons-making and war. This source corroborates Near Eastern texts in that the extraterrestrial “Fathers” of the Nephilim were of a disgruntled worker class who desired a comforting, domestic balance to the arduous toils in which they daily engaged. Overwhelmed and mildly horrified by the internal instability of an away mission gone awry, the exploding Terran Human population, the dalliances of the extraterrestrial working class, the genetically watered-down hybrids born to them, and doing so under the disapproving scrutiny of other Sentient Races, the full-blood extraterrestrials were made to pull out, and leave all else concerned to their own devices, to develop according to their own contemplation of Oneness and implementation of Free Will.

The hybrid beings’ blood essentially “thinned” over the millennia, as they mixed in with the Terrans. “The Demigods,” as they were later romanticized in Terran odes, began to interbreed, pool their knowledge, and fight for dominion over the world’s resources; which by their reckoning included the Terran Human Race.

Consider how in the 15th Century, Spanish Conquistadors traversed the Atlantic Ocean, eventually reaching Mesoamerica. Once the strongest power was conquered, the Spanish began to interbreed with the women. These mixed-raced individuals, loyal to their patrilineal leaders, came to serve as interim liaisons between the populace and the governors. In time, the whole of Mesoamerica was no longer “red,” in the genetic sense, but every shade between pale and dark ochre. Those who resembled the Spaniards more easily rose to positions of affluence, while those who resembled the Native Americans enjoyed the worker’s life. This model functions similarly whether it was exported to black Africa, aboriginal Australia, Indochina, et cetera.

Over time, nationalism, theology, economy, and the media were implemented in an effort to keep the populace subservient, unaware, and docile. Their efforts and states of mind were made to sustain the families who claimed “Divine descent.” The families themselves began covertly meeting to coordinate control over the world which they believed they had inherited, constructing ever more lavish and phantasmagoric rituals around their intent. Overtly, symbolism and arranged marriage became their means of communication. By virtue of possessing more accurate histories, spiritual knowledge, and physical resources, the descendants of the “demigods” created a service-to-self religion composed of compartmentalized pools of knowledge necessary to manage the planet into which their relatives and appointees could be initiated. The initiates felt the immediate prestige of possessing their relative degrees of “illumination,” all the while lusting after what may lay in wait at higher levels. The trade off for knowledge and elevated status is obedience, fidelity, a secrecy clouded in ritual methods of decoding ancient symbolism, under the constant threats of exposure and death. This is the meaning of the modern term Illuminati.

III

In every Being’s greatest weakness lay its greatest strength. Whereas the vast majority of extraterrestrial Races possess lifespans ranging from centuries to millennia, the genome of the Terran Human Being was ultimately designed to span one century or less. Thus, the extraterrestrial individuals and their respective groups most directly involved in the Terran’s recent history all regrouped in the same relative amount of time that a few dozen generations of Terrans lived and died. This is comparable to how generations of fruit flies, whose average lifespans are only two weeks, can live and die relative to the Terran Human lifespan. Service-to-others groups, having minimized regressive extraterrestrial interference by enacting a quarantine of sorts, pulled back to the mid/outer Solar System, leaving Earth to develop of its own accord. To any observing Sentient Race, Sol III was a wild and beautiful world peopled by a young, primitive, and barbaric Race, disconnected and unconscious of their connection to each other and to the Universe. Owed to their significantly shorter lifespan, the Terran’s generational evolution exploded by leaps and bounds. Fresh perspectives on old challenges provided the Race with an influx of new concepts in a way which cannot occur within societies which possess longer relative lifespans. Human Beings, despite atrocious efforts to control them, intermittently displayed Service-to-others traits, culminating in the establishment of democratic governments.

Then before most Races could blink, Terran Human Beings developed nuclear capability. Those who considered themselves guardians of the Planet had to come to grips with the fact that it all could be destroyed in a fit of emotion. In an attempt to prevent this destruction and minimize interference, the extraterrestrials at first appealed to the leaders; offering assistance, mentorship, and limited technological exchange if the governments would disarm. The request was refused, and the Beings asked to leave. For all of our progress, we as a Race were still too fearful to relinquish our weapons.

In fact, fear led to an escalating arms race and a desire for ever more exotic technologies. This climate attracted several service-to-self groups whose efficient use of time travel has severely curtailed the Terran Human Race’s sense of self and place in history. Adding another new dynamic, our Race — which possesses the genetics of nearly two dozen extraterrestrial Races — has been essentially farmed for its incredibly rare genetics in exchange for extraterrestrial technology. Earth truly is a polarized planet.

Having experienced mixed results with direct contact, we are now at the stage where ET’s of all orientations are actively “putting men on the ground.” This is to say, in order to further their objectives concerning the Terran Human Race, each group who has evolved to the point of conscious control of the Soul within their Race regularly sends a portion of themselves to incarnate on the Planet as a Terran. The ET groups are extraordinarily meticulous in noting which Terran genetic strains they contributed to, and seek out compatible family lines through which they may carry out their work. These Terrans invariably become “contactees.” Despite the various physical, mental, and spiritual veils preventing most Terrans from accessing Spiritual Memory, many contactees display a discomfort with Human Culture and a yearning for “Home” — wherever that is. Actual contact can be anywhere from traumatizing to surreal depending upon the person’s and the ET group’s level of awareness.

The ramifications of extraterrestrial visitation affects every type of control mechanism in place on Earth. Economically, the largest impact would be in the realm of free energy [interstellar craft do not rely on fuel] and the collapse of the unacknowledged contracting programs. Engineering programs, such as ocean desalinization, matter replication, and unlimited public utilities, which are unfeasible considering our current sources of energy, would be greatly simplified. Exposure of the actual level of technology held by the Elite would lead at first to an unstable geopolitical transition characterized by shock, anger, and — after a while — acceptance. Ultimately, however, Terrans reimage their infrastructure, along with their relationship to one another and the Universe at large. In time, we would even grow beyond the confines of the Third Dimension.

Any change to the smallest portion affects the Whole.

All of the extraterrestrials know this. And this is the idea which is so attractive to the service-to-others beings, and so paralyzing to the service-to-self beings. No other Race can interact with Earth without themselves becoming affected. Terrans cannot help but change everything. It is our destiny.

Whether as the Creator in Its initial urge to create, the advanced Soul designing a new life form, the Sentient Being exploring the Universe, one who exploits, one who is exploited, or one who lives and dies blissfully unaware of it all, it is important to recognize Spirit in every turn of this tale. We are — all of us — evolving together, acting out our understandings about each other, and seeking to find the Creator through all of our meanderings. This is the most important goal. It doesn’t matter what sort of genetics any given individual of any given Race possesses. We are all part of the same Whole. And we all share one ultimate source and one ultimate destination.

Discussing myself to any length always creates a certain amount of internal tension. In order to keep the message “clean,” I have refrained from taking detours into my personal life as much as possible. I can, however, appreciate that connecting with another on a Soul-level — especially when attempting to facilitate an awakening in others — produces a natural curiosity. This post is my attempt to [hopefully] satisfy that curiosity.

I offer this information with the caveat that the material that comes forth is not intended to seed any sort of personality cult, nor glorify the particular “Alex Gallier” physical person/ego in any way.

As stated in the FAQ section of a1exanderga11ier.com, genetically I am a mixture of Celtic European and Native North American.

I was born April 21, 1981 in Southern Nevada Memorial Hospital, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. My father was a Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Air Force specializing in weapons. In the early 80s, he turned down an offer to work at Area 51, which is less than 100 miles from where I was born. My mother was a homemaker during my early years, and she eventually went into nursing.

Growing up, I was attracted to the arts, sciences, history, social studies, and the humanities, receiving very high marks in school in these areas. Nature, biology, and earth science were of special interest, along with philosophy. I received average grades in mathematics and physical education, but my aptitude for these improved as a young adult. My first psychic impression was of my parent’s impending divorce. This occurred in 1991 when I was approximately 10 years of age. My spiritual pursuits gained a momentum of its own. Six years later, I began to study Tao Ahn Pai qigong and traditional Taijiquan. In 1998, during a meditation focusing on the connection between the Soul and God, I spontaneously induced the kundalini opening. From perineum to crown, all at once my chakras activated and I gained access to Soul Memory and psychic abilities. Books were flying off of the shelves. And in these years, I received meaningful contact with non-Human Intelligence, both physical and non-physical.

The third video segment speaks to two different pre-incarnation memories which I will address; memory of the eternal Spiritual Essence and memories associated with alternate incarnations. To put a simple definition to this terminology, Spiritual Essence [or Soul] memories deal with the immortal, non-physical component which joins with the Mind and the Body to give rise to the Incarnated Being. The aggregate experiences of the Soul over multitudinous physical incarnations are what I term “Soul Memory.” As an individualized, Sentient portion of the Creator — made in Its image and likeness and possessing all of its attributes — one of the abilities of Spirit not much touched upon in metaphysics is the capability for the Soul to incarnate as more than one physical Being at a time. Part of this is owed to the fact that, ultimately, “time” as the Terran Human Race experiences it, does not apply to the experiences of Spirit. The other fact to consider is that the abilities of Spirit to express itself in physical form is unlimited and any experience the Soul deems necessary for its own evolutionary advancement will be visited upon it. The experiential nature of Spirit, its ability to effortlessly manipulate the Physical Universe, and the parameters of Terran Human Language make these realities extremely difficult to articulate. I’m still learning how to navigate the English Language.

From emergence to re-union with Divine Intelligence, each individuated Soul aspect has contrived a particular Path in Its efforts to experience Creation from a specific point of view. Emergence and re-union are comparable to drops of rain and the ocean; each drop is unique and goes on its own journey, whether into the sky to land on a plant where it is used as a chemical catalyst in its life cycle, or whether it is collected, distilled, and turned into an ice sculpture for the admiration of Sentient Beings. Imagine for a moment what happens when water is expelled deep into space as a result of hydrogen and oxygen uniting during a supernova. These are just physical processes; the Soul is infinitely more dynamic.

This Physical Universe in general, and Earth in particular, was manifested by Non-Physical Intelligences of extremely high orders, acting in tandem with the Creator of All to carry out Divine Will. These are Intelligences so advanced and so ancient as to have participated in the Complete Evolutionary Cycles of multiple Universes; overseeing what I like to metaphorically refer to as “the Breath of God;” or the emergence of and re-union with Creator of every respective Being in each Universe.

When we contrast the age of the Physical Universe [13+ billion years by Terran Science’s best estimates] with the age of the Terran Human Race [1.5 million – 200,000 years at best], it is not hard to see that 99% of all Incarnated Beings have spent Lifetimes offworld. Planet Earth is such a relatively new and unique place, with enough drama and diversity, to be enticing enough to Spirit to operate at every level of Awareness, from every point in Its Evolution to the extent that over 7 Billion Terran Human Beings have incarnated presently — with multiple billions of other Beings from many other Races participating in direct and indirect ways.

When someone such as Raea asks me about where I am “from,” these are the scenarios which come to mind for me. My identity as a Spiritual Being encompasses such grand cycles; for in re-Union is such Love, such Bliss, such Joy as to render the most loving heart lonely, the most blissful mind sordid, the most joyous occasion morbid by comparison. For the majority of the Universe, the pull to Unite and care for the Whole as an exercise in the contemplation of Oneness is the underlying ethos which drives Society. The Terran Human Race has been mismanaged to the point that the vast majority of us fail to see any point. Re-introducing people to Spirit is “where I am from,” and this process is what I refer to when I speak of “(r)Evolution.”

I cannot say, relative to these terms, that this single Incarnation, “Alexander Gallier,” will be the greatest one of my Soul, for I know not now what opportunities await me in a future I cannot fathom. But simultaneously whilst I “Alexander Gallier” on Earth at this time, I receive glimpses and flashes of other lives and other identities elsewhere in the Universe and beyond. Some take place on other physical planets, some in interstellar space, some in alternate realities, and some in dimensions beyond all these. The best metaphor I can construct at this time for what this experience is like would be picking up a First Person Game from a saved point, playing it until the next checkpoint, saving, then switching out to a different First Person Game. Only this is no game. In a fraction of these alternate realities/identities, I co-ordinate the actions of several from my Higher Self to influence and inspire the part of myself operating on Earth as a Terran Human called “Alexander Gallier.” I plan to one day compile many of these experiences into a book tentatively titled Book of Dreams. At present, a few of these experiences are cataloged in a WordPress blog called “WujiDreamer.” (This is not a blog I will actively promote, so if you’ve peeled back the onion this far, down the rabbit hole you go.)

In sharing this with you, it is not my intention to single out myself as “special,” but only to suggest that while we as multi-dimensional Beings all engage in this sort of activity, very, very few have spoken to the point as they lacked a frame of reference in which to place their experiences. Some reading these words right now will feel that this is so for them as well, and cease to doubt the veracity of their own experiences. It is not important to me whether others consider this possible or not. My only concern is to awaken people to the realities of Spirit and the possibilities which can open when we as a Race learn to cooperate in Unity, Peace, Love, Tolerance, Altruism, the Right to Peacefully Co-Exist, Brother/Sisterhood, and utilize our capability to behave as an evolved Race.

In the Light — Alexander Gallier Interview 02

The Beginning of the Universe was deeply Self-conscious. The Self was Infinite, and aware that It was All That Is. The feeling of “I am All There Is” lasted an eternal time/no time — impossible to measure by any science known to Mankind, as there was nothing else relative to measure this period against. And this was a problem.

In fact, it was the first problem. And it was a big one.

The solution to this problem involved:

* the implementation of an elaborate Illusion to introduce the ideas of Separation, Relativity, and Exploration Self from numerous, Conscious Vantage Points

* a knowingness of Love/Unity/Creator as a common reference point and as the Force which compels us to come together

and:

* Free Will; the ability to consciously choose to experiment with aspects of both.

The very first words of 72 Treatises are:

“Misunderstand outside of the Context.”

This constitutes the whole of the first Treatise, and is such a fundamental, significant skill that I have asked the reader to consider this before offering any further substantial philosophy.

Entertaining a context — even briefly, and especially if one disagrees with it — provides a necessary empathetic connection if one hopes to grasp the essentials of what another is communicating. Willingness to do this will immediately bring awareness of which prejudices we may harbor.

When therefore topics such as “Awareness” and “Evolution” arise, care must be taken as to the context in which they are uttered. As this is a planet whereon the dominant culture actively discourages Awareness and frames Evolution in a divisive manner in an effort to polarize populations on a religious level, the way in which these terms are to be employed within this communication must be clear. This begs the questions: “What is it we are to become aware of?” and “What is Evolution relative to this Awareness?”

The greatest physical truth and the greatest metaphysical truth are both the same:

All Things are a part of The One Thing That Is.

Anything that is, ever was, and ever will be exists only as a reconfiguration of a given portion of the Whole. Whether this reconfiguration is (relatively speaking) “tiny,” such as attracting an electron to a magnet in order to produce a charge, or whether the reconfiguration is “large,” such as repositioning a planet in order to alter local astrophysical conditions, it makes no difference. The outcome is the same; one is still a part of the Whole — only its relationship has changed. This is perhaps another way of illustrating the concept of co-creation, for every cause creates an effect upon the Whole.

Having arrived at these concepts, we can then apply the term “Awareness” as meaning the degree of cognizance one operates with respect to this understanding of the Whole. Similarly, “Evolution” then comes to mean the observable development vector of an individual/society/race towards unity, cooperation, togetherness, altruism, and love. All of these words are synonyms which describe the same primordial, creative energy.

With enough skill and a high level of Awareness, it is possible to utilize any philosophy as a means to illustrate the truth of the inherent Oneness of the Universe. Oneness and Unity and Love run concurrently through all faiths; this energy is enough to engage any context and then to transcend the context.

As Souls, we all posses an awareness that a grand, unifying, creative consciousness gave rise to All That Is. We also have an understanding that the Soul is an exact replica of the Creator on a smaller scale; possessing all of its Maker’s attributes. The Soul is the immortal Aspect of Being through which the Creator experiences Creation from the finite perspective of any given physical identity. Each Spirit was created to crave its own unique experience and has been provided the means to orchestrate and participate in that process. As the Soul evolves, it gradually understands that it is assisting others in their evolution as well. This is one way in which our choices determine who the “stars,” “supporting actors,” and “extras” are in our Life, if we were to invoke a theatrical analogy.

The other Aspects of Being, the Mind and the Body, together with the Soul operate in triune to give rise to the Incarnate Being. Though the Soul possesses complete Awareness in its most sublime self, the other two Aspects of Being dim the level of Awareness of the Incarnate Being relative to the experience of Creation it calls to itself. As we interact with other Beings through the various stages of awareness we all pass through, our relationships in Life spurns the Evolution of Life. We interact with others and they interact with us — until the moment that we realize The Self and All Others are One.

At this moment, in our Heightened State of Awareness, we realize that any endeavor we pursue which contributes to the concept of the Whole is based on Truth and builds towards that understanding.  Anything that illustrates something contrary to that concept is rooted in an Illusion. Though societies and cultures may author and choose to believe marvelous stories, characters, and stations of life which are contrary to the understanding of Oneness, these entertaining fictions will either come to be understood and accepted for what they are, or they will become the basis for the society’s inevitable destruction.

What one tells them self about Life sets up their beliefs about what is possible from Life. A Society which mirrors Life on a fundamental level truly creates unlimited opportunities to grow and flourish. In the grand scheme of things, societies will be created and destroyed innumerable times — all arising of and returning to, in differing configurations — the One Thing Which Is.

A Being’s Intent speaks more to the Soul’s evolutionary attainment than does virtually any other indicator. A natural awareness of Spirit as to the Common Origin of All brings with it a certain distinguishing approach in all its endeavors. When two or more of like-minded intent gather, the extraordinary becomes possible.

One who operates in Life absent this understanding can confuse theirself and their objectives with those of the Physical Body it is with and its biological impulses; especially in terms of physical survival. Such a narrow definition of Self limits this person’s concern to the Body, or on occasion genetic family or those under their care, their personal spheres, and typically only when another’s actions reflect upon them. One such as this is concerned with material things, social status, control, and bodily sensation. These ends are sought at all costs with every available resource, even at the expense of another. One such as this attaches a lethal amount of involvement in the physical universe relative to whichever specific incarnation, species, or faction best mirrors their ideals. This person is said to be “Service to Self.”

A Being who is clear that who they are first and foremost is a Spiritual Being realizes [makes real] the fact that physical life is an opportunity to know, experience, and demonstrate its highest understanding to the greatest extent it can imagine. It works with a physical body within the context of a society composed of many symbiotic species in order to elevate the quality of collective conditions of all. In this way, all concerned begin to approach the level of sophistication which Spirit encounters in between physical incarnations. From this perspective, it is easy to see the manner in which many emanate from One. Everyone consciously participates in the evolution of everybody else, because everyone is cognizant that they share the same ultimate evolutionary goal. Any benefit to the Physical Body is seen as secondary to the evolutionary goal and indeed is arrived at as a by-product of the process. Such a Being is clear that there is no limit to the type of incarnational experiences it can bring to itself, and is thus less attached to specific, individual physical identities, and more towards using the Now to bring about the next phase of attainment. This person is said to be “Service to Others.”

To be Lesser Evolved is no “better” than it is to be Highly Evolved; just as it is no “better” to be a sapling than a tree. Each level of experience affords its own opportunities for Self-Reflection within the embodiment of Beingness.

The Terran [Earth] Human falls between these extremes. As a very young Sentient Race [less than 1 million years in its present genetic configuration vs. a multi-billion year physical universe] fashioned in intervals by various physical and non-physical Intelligences to, over the course of 120 years, live and die with limited physical and spiritual abilities, and with limited recall of previous incarnations, Terran Humans present among the most unique opportunities for evolutionary advancement within recent Spiritual Memory. This collaboration among Intelligences resulted in the creation of a Being suited to every stage of Spiritual Attainment, ripe with all kinds of inter-relational opportunites with each other and with their creators.

From concept to execution, accountability for Creation is the responsibility of every Creator. The genesis of the Terran Human Race, reflecting the intent of multiple Intelligences, gives rise to enormous potential experiential vectors — which is but one reason why creation of Sentient Beings is against the “Prime Directive” of most evolved Races. From the proposals of the most recent Service to Self Beings to tamper with the Terran Human Genome, to the act itself, on through to the eventual insistence that Terran Humans be granted a measure of autonomy, the question of accountability and responsibility has been raised with regard to the fate of Mankind. Those in favor of the idea that the Terran is a resource to be farmed, managed, exploited, and restricted to the Physical have implemented more and more creative ways to proceed [hidden technology/suppressed knowledge/religions/economic enslavement/limited personal rights/oppressive governments/secret societies], while those in favor of the idea that the Terran be afforded equal rights, opportunities, and a fully-functioning genome playfully engage the Race in multiple dimensions in order to dare it to become more than it is told that it is [Spiritual Masters of the Highest Order incarnating into the Race/direct interactions with the Terran Unconscious and Conscious Mind from Highly Evolved Intellegence] — without violating their Free Will. This current dynamic surrounding the Race is but one supremely excellent example of out-come arising of in-tent.

As one in the latter category, it is my Intention to assist the Terran Human Race achieve true freedom, engage the imagination, embrace self-responsibility and self-determination absent external authority, lift the Veil, and participate in our own journey of Spirit — to the fullest extent of my understanding and capability to communicate.
